Cathy Rey

Cathy has been a trainer with TMS Fitness since 2007. In 2014 she was awarded ISSA International Sports Sciences Association Elite Trainer Status. Certifications include Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Fitness Therapist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Posture Exercise Professional, Certified TRX Trainer, Certified Chiropractic Assistant and formerly featured "Spotlight Trainer of the Month" in the International Sports Sciences Association, ISSA, ProTrainer website issue. 1st Place winner of 2012 OCB Arizona Natural Figure Grand Masters and top five winner of 2012 OCB Arizona Natural Figure Overall Novice Short.

Viktoria Podroyko

Viktoria, formerly with Arizona Back Care Institute, specializes in spinal injury rehabilitation. Her background includes four and one half years of medical school and sports rehabilitation of professional athletes. Suffering from injuries herself as a professional gymnast, Viktoria avoided multiple surgeries by creating plans of care that allowed her to resume her love of running and hiking and pursue her passion of restoring others to healthful activities of daily living.

Rachel Weller

Rachel graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Exercise Science. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer with specialties in corrective exercise and golf fitness. She has competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions in both the Bikini and Figure classes. When she is not working or training, Rachel enjoys spending time with her dog, Jake.

Ash Adams

Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Chiropractic Assistant, Certified in Weight Training, Aerobics, and Water Aerobics

Ash is considered a third generation Pilates Instructor in direct succession from Joseph Pilates himself. She completed the comprehensive Pilates Instructor training program through Balanced Body taught through teachers who learned directly from Joseph Pilates at his original studio in New York City. She has worked with a wide range of clients all with a variety of spine, joint and flexibility issues. Ash also works with both student and professional athletes, helping them to alleviate muscle imbalances, prevent injuries, and improve overall performance. She has an immense appreciation for how Pilates transforms the body through mind-body integration, focusing on breath and fluid movement of the exercises, and building and maintaining core strength. Ash is passionate about the Pilates method and teaches with great compassion and a strong desire to help her clients develop body-mind awareness for optimal health and vigor in their movements to bring a positive impact to their whole body.
